Cedar County Ambulance District is comprised of a six-member board overseeing the busines affiars for the District. Members of the Board are elected for three-year terms on a stagered basis.. The District is supported by a one-half cent sales tax.

All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public, unless otherwise closed pursuant to Missouri law. Those meetings must provide by resolution the time and place for holding of the regular meeting.
